A Festive Holiday Spirit will no doubt fill the room as The Accused perform with long-time pals, D.E.K.--once again paring-up the two thrill-hungry bands for a night of memorable music and Holiday Cheer. The LAB is located just E. of Interstate 5 on NE 125th St. and 5th Ave NE; The show is EARLY in the evening, and you wouldn't want to miss out sitting on Santa's bag, so get there somewhere between 7-10:30pm if you wanna see these bands. The December 15th 2007 show at The LAB in Seattle will be the first gig as new bassist for The Accused for young Dorando Hobrous--who's better-known regionally as the mighty bass-bruiser for Seattle's thick-as-a-brick, LESBIAN. (pictured L in photo below) A huge horror/gore movie fan and all-around musical maniac, Dorando is a welcome addition to the House of Splatter That Rock Built. We welcome him unto our posse. ***The Accused are busy sorting through live material for the upcoming European tour with
Dayglo Abortions and Golers; including adding some old familiar 'classics' to their set as well as a brand new song from their upcoming album. The tour of Central Europe runs from May 17 to June 11, 2007. For exact dates and cities, see the 'Shows' page
***Lou Garcia of Warped Reality Pictures is set to produce and direct the next music video for The Accused; and it's a safe bet it's one of the two from their 'Why Even Try?' e.p. which was released via splatterrock.com and CONDAR Records for download on January 27, 2007. The FREE 'Download-Only' e.p. has, as of this week, racked-up 2000 + downloads. Garcia is the mastermind behind the video for 'National Embalming School' from the 'Oh Martha!' CD and along with Annette Martinez, brought us the INCREDIBLE Splatter short 'Cannibal Maniac' and their debut feature film, 'Acid Bath'; the latter of which has our beloved Accused splattered generously all over the music soundtrack!!

The ACCUSED Solid Performing at Jimmy'Z with
New Bassist, 'Diamond Vincent' Jim Davis ;
(April 2007) -The new Accused line-up (pictured below) performed at
Jimmy'Z club in Everett, WA on Saturday March 31, 2007 before a MASSIVE
crowd of enthusiastic fans. Welcoming the new ACCUSED line-up with open
arms, the mostly inebriated mob refrained from their long-standing
ritual of peeing on the bartenders; instead opting for a much more
socially acceptable mild 'heckling' of our beloved Splatter boys.
However, it was all in good fun, as the band reciprocated by crapping
in the gas tanks of the vehicles parked outside that belonged to the
amazingly ignorant, cro-magnon security goons that have somehow landed
employment at the club. Fun was had by all, and we're sure to see The
Accused back in Everett very soon; just probably never again at that
particular venue. Thanks to everyone who attended! Too bad that club went and
hired a moron-heavy security staff that really took the wind outta everyone's

perform at L.A. Murderfest 3.0!
On Sunday March 25, 2007, the
City of Angels got paid a little visit by the Kings of Splatter. With a
couple super cool moves by some super cool folks involved in the annual
Murderfest gig (now in its third year), The Accused were added to the
Sunday night line-up at Hollywood's 'Knitting Factory' club as the
fourth co-headlining band for the evening. Joining The Accused to
close-out the two-day, 40 band metal fest were Anal
Cunt, Pig Destroyer
and vicious thrash veterans, Brutal
Truth! The Accused wanna thank Ron Martinez with
'Crawlspace Booking' and Daniel Dismal, Murderfest promoter for making
this mammoth gig happen, and for adding The Accused to the line-up.
Extra Special thanks to old friend, Aaron Slipp (PRONG, Rorschach Test,
Society One, et al.) for performing bass-playing honors that night. For

FEB. CANCELLED
According to the Official announcement from the TOUR BOOKING AGENCY,
sent via e-mail to SplatterHeadquarters the morning of January 24,
2007(P.S.T.), The CRUMBSUCKERS, ACCUSED, LYZANXIA tour for Feb. 7 thru
Feb 17, 2007 has been CANCELLED. The reason for this, the statement
gives is: "...purely financial reasons...". NO RE-SCHEDULING of the
shows was announced at press time. No further details are available at
this time.

GETTIN' IT 'DUNN' IN WHIRLWIND SURPRISE STUDIO SESSION

The Accused
have just finished recording and mixing two new songs with producer
Randall Dunn (Sunn O))), Burning Witch, etc.] at his studio in Seattle,
WA. The two tracks, that were recorded and mixed in under 24 hours,
mark the debut of the 'new' line-up which features Brad Mowen, Mike
Peterson, Prof. Phid and Tommy Niemeyer.
The new song
titles are:
'Fuck Sorry', 'Scotty Came Back'
At least one of the tracks is scheduled to be available for free
download via the band's official website: 'splatterrock.com' on or
before January 26, 2007. The band plan to record with Dunn again in the
Spring for their upcoming full-length release.
The Accused
will be touring Europe with legendary New York crossover veterans (and
former label mates) Crumbsuckers from February 7 to February 17, 2007.
When The
Accused return to the U.S., they will play live at --Tacoma's Hell's
Kitchen on Fri. Mar. 2, 2007
